(1) When settling a contract for an amount in installments, the contract should be settled only by taking a deposit from the person who agrees to take the contract as follows:-

(a) If the person accepting the contract is a Nepali citizen. One part of the four parts of the total contract amount to be paid by him is equal to Nepal………. Immovable property within Nepal or by taking security of national bond or cash deposit. By taking a bond guarantee or cash deposit.

(2) When settling any other work contract other than the amount, regarding the matter of giving a guarantee, it will be according to the condition between the government of Nepal and the contractor.

(3) ) For the purpose of this section, when evaluating any immovable property, if the property is valued from the tax base, it will be evaluated according to the same and if there is no such valuation, it will be evaluated by maintaining Panchakirti Mol through the rural municipality or municipality. But if it is felt that the evaluation done according to that is not correct, the employee taking the surety can ask for additional surety by putting up a paper with the reason for the matter. Deposit should not be taken so as to deduct rupees from the salary to be received.
